You can't fight procrastination
What you can do, is, say, have two jobs, or a job and studies, and have renounced most non-useful activities (e.g. TV). That way, you can procrastinate and do something useful, say, you're supposed to study, then, you can work instead and feel that delicious guilt of not doing what you're supposed to, while still not exactly wasting your time.
