Polyphasic sleep redux

Some advices mostly. This new attempt went much better than the previous, and I think the main difference is diet.

  1. Quit tea, coffee, coke, etc., before attempting polyphasic sleep.
  2. Switch to a light, healthy diet before attempting polyphasic sleep.
  3. Switch to an overall zen lifestyle, don't get aggravated. Stop reading the news. (Of course, you should do these anyway, whether you intend to switch polyph or not. )
  4. Never, ever, sleep more than 20 minutes. If you feel tired or sleepy once you wake up afterwards, fight it. Get up. Any extra sleep you get right after the 20 min sleep will make you fell much worse. Once you win over the initial urge to go right back to sleep, you'll be all right.

I had to stop this time because my eyes were too tired from all the extra computer hours, but apart from that everything was going fine...
