Infidelity - definition

I thought this out like two years ago, apparently the issue is still debated, so here's my definition again for the record:

• Agreement to a monogamous relationship with partner #1, possibly starting tacitly by sex with partner #1;
• sex with partner #2;
• sex with partner #1 again, without any announcement of having had sex with partner #2.
